Hoodie Analytics · Sales Enablement

Every week starts with the same question for a sales rep: which accounts actually need a call this week. Hoodie already has the answer sitting in the data, not as a general sense that something’s off somewhere in the territory, but as specific stores, specific items, and specific reasons. Here’s how to turn that into a working call list.

Start with your territory

Before anything else, narrow to the accounts that are actually yours. A saved Tag, or a View if a rep’s territory shifts shape over time, is a named list of accounts, not a shape on a map, and it’s the filter every other step below runs through. Set it once and the rest of the list builds itself from there.

Pull stockouts by name

First up: stockouts, by name, part of Hoodie’s cannabis out of stock alerts. Not a vague sense that inventory’s tight somewhere in the territory: the specific stores and the specific SKUs, ready to turn into a call.

Surface pricing issues

Next, pricing: accounts selling outside agreed pricing, flagged automatically so it’s already on the list before it turns into a harder conversation later.

Watch for accounts quietly slipping

Some accounts never stock out. They just carry less of the line than they used to. Sorting accounts by their depth and breadth trend surfaces that kind of decline while it’s still small, well before it becomes a bigger problem.

Compile it into one list

Pull the three views together, stockouts, pricing, and quietly declining accounts, into a single named list, for example “This Week’s Calls.” What started as three separate views is now one list: the accounts a rep should be calling this week, and why.

The rep still makes the call

Hoodie sorts the data. The relationship is still on the rep. A list like this doesn’t replace the call, it makes sure the right ones happen first.

If your team is ready to work from a list like this instead of a hunch, Hoodie’s here when you want to talk it through.

Where insights meet relationships.
