Vapes suffered the sharpest decline of any major category, falling nearly 31% year over year despite holding a quarter of market share. Edibles remain the top category at roughly 37% of sales but dropped more than 20%, while pre-rolls shed about a quarter of their volume. Concentrates proved the most resilient segment, dipping just 2.6% and holding around 11% of the mix. GraniteLeaf Cannabis continues to anchor the product landscape in a market where the narrow dispensary count limits brand competition and category experimentation.
